It Takes a Village

Our Pillars

Redefine Home

We believe that home is more than just a place; it's a supportive sanctuary where individuals flourish, finding comfort, safety, and the resources they need to thrive.

Reimagine Support

We tailor support to meet the specific needs of the unhoused community, amplifying their voices, and fostering collaboration and partnership to achieve our mission of ending homelessness.

Rediscover You

We help individuals fuel their inherent fire and chart their path through personalized support.

About Us

  • Our mission is to provide comprehensive support and tailored solutions for individuals and families experiencing or at risk of homelessness, guiding them on their journey toward permanent housing. We believe this journey is a multifaceted process, requiring personalized support at every stage.

By bridging connections between the unhoused community and property stakeholders, we work to address the unique needs of each client, empowering them to successfully transition into stable housing and independent living. Our commitment is to ensure that no one walks this path alone, as we strive to create lasting change and a true sense of home.

  • We envision a world where housing is redefined as a shared, transformative journey, rooted in community and mutual support. At the Welcome Home Foundation, we believe it takes a village to build a true sense of home.

By bridging connections, we foster an interconnected environment where every individual plays a vital role in the housing experience. We provide our clients with the resources and guidance they need to become self-advocates and change agents on their own journeys.

Our goal is to create a supportive network that helps clients emerge renewed, liberated, and empowered. By transforming the narrative around the journey toward housing, we aim to make it a story of empowerment, stability, and belonging, ensuring that every individual finds not just a place to live, but a foundation for a thriving life.

  • Limitless Potential

We transcend perceived limitations and embrace the boundless possibilities ahead. We aim to inspire, drive change, and create a brighter future for all.

    Firm Foundation

Rooting ourselves in faith = true stability

Our foundation extends beyond physical shelter to encompass mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being, guided by Christ.

We are dedicated to increasing the supply of housing options by bridging the divide between unhoused individuals and property managers, owners, and landlords. We focus on breaking down barriers and enhancing communication to expand access to permanent housing solutions for the unhoused community.

Our Focus

Current Programs

One of our core pillars, Rediscover You, is focused on helping individuals reconnect with their inner selves and spiritual foundations. Good Soil is a Bible study initiative that provides biblically based guidance and deep dives into scriptures.

Through this program, we cultivate a space where we learn about God from His word and through one another. We fill each other’s cups through reflection and applying God’s Word to our everyday lives, sharing our experiences, and gaining a deeper understanding of the Bible.

We believe in having a firm foundation rooted in faith. This foundation is essential for navigating the different seasons of life. We emphasize the critical role of faith in ensuring that our foundation is secure, helping us to stay grounded and resilient.

Good Soil Bible Study

Roots to Stability is a comprehensive program designed to assist unhoused individuals in securing and maintaining employment. Our approach includes providing critical resources such as resume writing workshops, etiquette counseling, and interview preparation sessions. The core of our program is enacting change through our advocacy and awareness initiatives.

We collaborate with local businesses eager to employ our clients, creating environments where they can thrive and succeed. Additionally, we advocate for the unhoused population by incentivizing employers with opportunities to impact their community and identifying other benefits to encourage them to hire from this often-overlooked talent pool.

Our goal is to break the cycle of homelessness and dismantle the associated stigma. By supporting individuals to reenter the workforce and taking steps toward permanent housing, we aim to foster long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

MATTHEW 25: 35-36, 40

v35 For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, v36 I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me. v40 The King will reply, ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.
